Short-listed!

This morning I found out (to my great surprise) that I’ve been accepted onto the JET Programme!  I really thought I’d be rejected considering how competitive it is… Feelin’ special.

It doesn’t feel real yet as I haven’t actually seen the letter, and I had to get mum to open it for me which was terrifying.  CAN’T BELIEVE I’M ACTUALLY GOING TO JAPAN.  I will miss everyone but this has been something I’ve wanted to do for years, and now I’m doing it!

I really want to document my experience so I can look back on it and share it with anyone that cares, so I made this blog which probably won’t get much attention until later on but yeah.  I have an assignment due in tomorrow which I should probably be doing instead of this, so I’m gonna end this now…
